- 🔥 Solar water heater (under study): we are studying a solar water heater to produce domestic hot water directly from the sun, a natural and efficient solution.
- 🌧️ Rainwater management: we have storage tanks that collect rainwater, which is then used responsibly to water the garden and for maintenance tasks.
- 🎓 Supportive and useful housing: this tourist rental is open as a priority to young people in training and work-study programmes, with a fair, adapted rate to guarantee them a quality roof during their sessions on site.
